Welcome to my new blog all about Disney destinations!

I am a certified Disney nut who recently graduated from the College of Disney Knowledge. I have also been accepted as a Disney Travel Specialist for As You Wish Vacations LLC.

I was bitten by the Disney bug many years ago and am happy to say that my family and I have visited Walt Disney World numerous times over the past 8 years. We have visited during all 4 seasons and have participated in many of the special events they host including the amazing Food & Wine Festival and the gorgeous Flower & Garden Festival.  We have also been fortunate to have sailed on the Disney Magic and Disney Dream. We are super excited to be booked to cruise on the re-imagined Magic again this Nov. and are also planning our 1st trip to Disneyland in California for 2015.

I am thankful that I know how to “pinch a penny so hard you can hear it scream for miles” so that we can afford to take our family vacations. Before I know it the children will be all grown up and out of the house and I will be thankful that we scrimped and saved so we could make lots of magical memories together!

I plan to keep this blog updated with all the new Disney announcements as well as offer guidance to others looking to book their most magical Disney vacation ever.
